From your first inquiry to the moment your invitations land in your guests' mailboxes, every detail is handled. Here is what that looks like.

01. Inquiry & Welcome

The process

It begins with a conversation. You fill out the inquiry form and share a little about your wedding. The date, the aesthetic, and the feeling you are going for. Kim reviews every inquiry personally and reaches out to connect.

If you decide we are a good fit, you sign your contract and submit your retainer. I then send a personalized sample box, curated for you. Real paper. Real textures. Real print methods and fine art details you can hold in your hands. 




02. Design 

the process

We will schedule a design consultation. You share what you love, what you are imagining, and what matters most. I will then translate everything into a design plan. Every element of your suite is put together to bring your vision to life. 
You will review your designs and we will refine.




03. production & assembly

The process

Your approved suite goes into production. Every envelope is addressed. Every insert is tucked in place. Every suite is assembled for you. No late nights stuffing envelopes or sorting guest names. You do not lift a finger.



04. Mailing & Keepsake

the process

Mailing and postage is included in every custom package. No second guessing stamps or wondering what rules apply to mail. Every invitation is mailed directly to your guests. 

You will receive a hand-crafted keepsake suite . This is one set of your invitations with all the beautiful details. Think hand calligraphy and vintage postage. Your suite will arrive in a foil-pressed linen box and can be used for both detail photos on your day and an heirloom keepsake.
