Welcome to Kimberly Mullen Design ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Services
We provide bespoke stationery and wedding invitation design services. All project scope, pricing, timelines, proofs, and deliverables are defined in your proposal and/or signed agreement.

2. Ordering & Payment
A signed contract and non‑refundable deposit are required to begin work.
Remaining balances are due per the invoice schedule. Late/non‑payment may pause production and delivery.
Design timeframes assume timely feedback and approvals.

3. Proofs & Approval
Client is responsible for thoroughly reviewing proofs for spelling, dates, names, addresses, and layout accuracy.
Written approval is required before print or production. Post‑approval changes may incur additional costs.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Risk of loss transfers to the client upon carrier pickup. We are not liable for carrier delays, damages, or delivery errors, though we’ll assist with claims where possible.

5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, text, graphics, photos, and site content are owned by Kimberly Mullen Design or licensed to us.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Custom work is made‑to‑order; all sales are final.
If a project is cancelled after design has begun, deposits and time spent are non‑refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
